Central Restaurant takes its guest on a gastronomic journey through a myriad of different Peruvian ecosystems, categorised by altitude – from below sea level in the Pacific Ocean to the high peaks of the Andes. Join me on a Business Class flight on board a KLM Boeing 777-200ER from Amsterdam (Netherlands) to Lima (Peru). Founded in 1919, KLM Royal Dutch Airline is the oldest operating airline in the world.
