Princess Cruises Altering 100% Cancellation Price Coverage Subsequent Month

Princess Cruises will change their 100% Cancellation Price coverage in early March for brand new bookings with the cruise line.

Beginning with all new Princess Cruises bookings on or after March 4, 2024, the cruise line is altering their 100% Cancelation Price to 30 days previous to the cruise. This can be a change from 14 days earlier than the cruise. All present bookings will comply with the outgoing coverage.

Princess Cruises could have two totally different cancellation insurance policies that rely on the size of the voyage.  The primary one will likely be for cruises one to 24 days in size and the second for cruises 25 days and longer.

Princess Cruises’ new cancellation coverage for cruises 1-24 days:

  • 90 days or extra: No cancellation payment
  • 75-89 days earlier than the cruise: 25%
  • 61-74 days earlier than the cruise: 50%
  • 31-60 days earlier than the cruise: 75%
  • Inside 30 days of the cruise: 100%

Princess Cruises’ new cancellation coverage for cruises 25 days and longer:

  • 120 days or extra: No cancellation payment
  • 113-119 days earlier than the cruise: Deposit or 30% of a world cruise fare
  • 61-112 days earlier than the cruise: 50%
  • Inside 60 days of the cruise: 100%

As well as, cruises on a Princess cruise ship which can be 5 days or much less will now have a last fee date of 90 days earlier than the cruise. That is up from 75 days.

This new coverage from Princess Cruises will go into impact on March 4, 2024.
