Nobu Marbella Launches Restricted Version Japanese Wagyu and Whisky Pairing

Nobu Marbella has introduced a brand new restricted version eating expertise pairing premium Japanese A5 Wagyu with Hibiki whisky from the Home of Suntory.

The Japanese Wagyu & Whisky: Restricted Version Expertise runs each Thursday night from 15 January to five February 2026. Govt Chef Eleni Manousou and her workforce have created a menu that highlights the wealthy marbling of A5 Wagyu alongside the distinctive notes of Hibiki Japanese whisky.

The launch dinner on 15 January welcomes the Home of Suntory model ambassador, who will share the story behind the pairing. The restaurant’s à la carte menu stays accessible alongside the restricted version dishes.

Nobu Marbella is situated inside the Puente Romano Marbella resort on Marbella’s Golden Mile. Reservations are beneficial.
